Shipping policy

We currently ship within the Philippines only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery schedules are as follows (excluding holidays and circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or courier delays):

• Metro Manila: up to 3 business days

• Provincial areas: up to 5–7 business days

An estimated delivery date will be provided after order confirmation and booking with the courier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
• The ₱150 shipping fee shown at checkout is an estimated rate.
• Final shipping cost may vary depending on location and courier rates.
• Customers will be informed of the final shipping fee before shipment.
• Orders may be placed on hold if the customer does not confirm the final shipping fee.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional shipping or redelivery fees may apply and will be shouldered by the customer.
