Due to the nature of our products, all vape, e-liquid, pod, and nicotine products are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once sold.

This policy is in place to comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered if:

• The item received is incorrect, or

• The item is damaged upon arrival

To qualify for an exception:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

• The item must be unused and unopened

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect flavor or nicotine strength chosen

• Opened, used, or tampered products

• Damage caused after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed.
